My Asian-Buffalo Experiment

I wanted some buffalo wings with a usual Asian-flare added to it, so I decided to come up with a random recipe for it! These wings were pretty confusing, but it turned out nicely! This is my fourth video!

1/2 tbl finely minced ginger, 1/2 finely minced garlic
panko breadcrumbs- even more fined, you can use a mortar and pestle.
1tbl black pepper, 1 tbl salt, 2tb-3tb of buffalo sauce- i used franks
1 1/2tb - 2 1/2 tb soysauce, tsp vegetable oil.

A Healthy approach to Chinese Take-out

Who needs expensive fried dinners with a ton of oil when you can cook it at home with the same delicious taste? Well this sauted orange chicken is quite easy and is sure to impress! My second video!

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon minced ginger root
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne or red pepper flakes (use less if you don't like it spicy)
4 green onions, sliced (1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (if you have it, you can add it in the beginning, you dont have to, it is optional)

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 of an orange juice
8 tablespoons brown sugar (half cup)
8 tablespoons white vinegar (half cup)
Orange zest from 1 orange

A 4-ingredient Dinner

A Chef has to improvise with every ingredient he has, even if it is scarce. Do you know those intense flavor dishes without all of the intense work? This is the answer, 4-ingredient pork tenderloin. with the Seared outside, and the baked goodness on the inside, this pork is perfectly tender and juicy, for what? Four ingredients!

Pork tenderloin
Olive oil
Black pepper
Garlic Powder
