Beef tenderloin with lime-zesty gremolata

Hey guys! I'm back, it's been a while. Today were going beefy with a steak, who doesn't love the man-food? This dish is great and I hope you give it a try!

1 Beef tenderloin Steak
Lime zest
salt, pepper (always)
olive oil to coat pan
rosemary, thyme, garlic, chicken stock
